These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aura mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Aura ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use Aura. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

When you upload images or create content within Aura (collectively, "User Content"), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit any User Content, and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Aura offers an optional premium subscription ("Aura Plus") with enhanced features. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:
Aura may display product recommendations, dupes, and shopping links. Some of these links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them — at no additional cost to you.
We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, availability, or legality of any third-party products or websites. Any purchase you make from a third-party retailer is solely between you and that retailer.
Product prices and availability shown in the app are sourced from third parties and may change. Always verify pricing on the retailer's website before purchasing.
The Aura name, logo, app design, AI models, Aura Score system, aesthetic identity labels, and all associated content are the exclusive property of Aura and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Aura's AI-powered features — including outfit analysis, Aura Scores, aesthetic labels, colour palette detection, style twin matching, and dupe finding — are provided for entertainment and informational purposes.
Do not rely solely on Aura's recommendations for significant purchasing decisions. We are not liable for any purchases made based on dupe suggestions or product recommendations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aura and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
You may stop using Aura and delete your account at any time from within the app's Settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aura is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
